As I post this, there are only 22 days left of 2016.
So what do you have to say about your year? Was it a smashing success? Did you reach all your goals? Did you accomplish all you set out to do? Did you feel good most days and live your life the way you wanted to?
Or do you feel frustrated, disappointed, angry, or even sad when you think about 2016?
Too many people get to the end of a year feeling crappy and beating themselves up about all the stuff they didn’t do, or didn’t accomplish, and the frustrating part is that it’s totally preventable!!!
Yes, shitty things happen but for the most part, you can have an amazing year! You CAN feel fulfilled, enjoy your days, reach your goals and all it takes is having a PLAN.
Did you know most people spend more time planning a vacation than they do planning their life?! Say WHAT???!! That’s crazy to me. What’s worse is that the predominant mindset out there seems to be, “I’ll just do the best I can with whatever life puts in my lap.” Wouldn’t it make more sense to CREATE what you want and stop being a victim?
Entrepreneurs don’t just finish a year with record sales on a wish and a prayer…they create and execute a PLAN. Happy, successful and fulfilled people don’t just have horseshoes up their butt, they create and act on a PLAN.
The power is in the plan people!
You know what else bugs me? How people who don’t have a plan get to December and then they bitch and whine about how their year didn’t work out or worse yet, they blame. They blame the economy, they blame their boss, they blame the dog. You know what? The only one you can blame is yourself….because you didn’t have a plan!
Okay maybe this sounds harsh – especially coming from me who tends to lean to the side of touchy feely. But can you tell I’m frustrated?!
So that’s why I’m making it my mission to help you SUCCEED in 2017. I’m sharing one of my secret weapons when it comes to planning and I’m giving you all the best tools I know to help you start and finish 2017 STRONG. So be sure to check out this week’s video and be sure to watch all the way till the end.
Then let me know…do you create a plan each year? Why or why not?
