This will be a very healing week for you (as long as you listen to your angels’ guidance) beginning with some forgiveness work to clear space to make way for the new. Forgiveness is a very emotionally charged word because when most people think of forgiving someone, they think they are essentially saying that what the other person did to them was okay, but this is not the case.
Instead, you need to separate the person from their action and forgive the person. The angels are bringing this up because when you hold onto anger and unforgiveness you do a lot of harm to yourself. In fact, “Holding onto anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die,” as the saying goes.
If you are feeling blocked, stuck or like you are taking three steps forward and two steps back, it can be a strong indication that some forgiveness work needs to be done. Once this is complete, people report having amazing sleep, their blocks disappear and they start to see momentum in their lives again.
Be sure to watch the video for a simple but very effective forgivness technique and my recommendation on how to clear yourself everyday so that you do not carry unforgiveness from day-to-day allowing it to compound and cause dis-ease within the body.
By mid-week, tune into your angels’ guidance because they will give you the answers to your prayers by showing you the next steps to take. Remember, it’s up to you to recognize their guidance and take ACTION on it. So they are really reminding you to start noticing and paying attention to their guidance which will come as a repeated gut feeling, idea, thought or things you see, hear or have a knowingness about.
When you follow your angels’ guidance, ANYTHING is possible. So have faith and continue to work with them and ensure you do your part by taking those action steps. When you do, miracles can happen!
